LCD Agenda Screens
The latest in technology means higher productivity while delivering it with style. All major entries to the Conference Center feature a 65" or 32" LCD TV. The TV will list the agenda for all meetings within the Center. In addition, the screens will feature a realtime ticker displaying news headlines and weather. And, the screens are also available for attendees and meeting planners to use as advertising - placing logos, running commercials, or displaying special messages. LCD Door Screens
No longer will you have to endure ugly posters, taped sheets of paper, or trip over easels directing you to your meetings. Every room in the Center features a 19" LCD flat screen placed above the doors. The screens, updateable real time, will show exactly what is happening in each room. Additionally, each screen can display your MPEG and JPEG images - from logos to photos.
Smart Rooms
"Break-out Room" refers to the ability to divide an existing large room into multiple smaller rooms. The Center can accommodate up to 16 separate rooms. Each break-out room features an electronic "eye" that sees when the rooms are divided by the airwalls. Once divided, the "eye" automatically adjusts the heating and air conditioning, lighting and sound system... making it easy and efficient to set-up your meetings.
LCD Projectors & Screens
Most rooms feature a built-in high-end 2500 Lumens Projector with remote control capability as well as an automated screen that suspends from the ceiling. The fact that these are professionally installed and maintained reduces human error and A/V problems tremendously. And best of all, they are easy to use... simply plug your laptop into the many available ports in the walls or floors - and you're hooked up. It's a perfect solution for displaying anything on your computer including Power Point presentations, slide shows, CD ROMs and even DVDs.
