Zephyr Conferee Dining
We offer all the traditional dining solutions including banquet style, in-room buffet style, and concessions. But, we offer something no one else does... Conferee Dining. The Center includes an upscale executive dining room, set up as a premier restaurant, all the time. We call it the Zephyr. It featues warm tones, tray ceilings, beautiful artwork and much more. Just outside of the Zephyr is the Zephyr Terrace - a granite laden, professionally decorated over-sized buffet. It's designed with an action station for our Chef to prepare fresh foods right in front of your eyes.
Continuous Break-out Stations
Another signature feature of the Center is our Break-out Stations. Traditional break-outs are no problem, we still offer a scheduled break in your meeting room. You can customize your break menu that can include simple water or coffee service to a low-carb, high-energy break. We even offer our famous junk-food break... which is very popular. But, a meeting planner can choose our Break-out Stations as a part of their conference package. And when they do, attendees have access to Starbucks Coffee, fresh pastries, fountain and bottled Coke products, fresh fruit, granola bars... and much more. What's better? The stations are located on either side of the Center and allow attendees to have unlimited access to everythingÖ raid the pantry and go nuts! Itís basically an upscale convenience store with all the favorite snacks, healthy or not, all the popular beverages and much more. Breaks in rooms can be disturbing and the break stations remove that while providing quick efficiency and an incredible selection. This is our most popular feature and meeting planners as well as attendees are raving about it.
