David Webster Jr.
Having grown up in the Hospitality industry David Webster, General Manager, is very much at home at the Davis Conference Center and Hilton Garden Inn! David started in the industry as a houseman at the Summit Watch resort by Marriott in Park city and has worked his way through just about every department on the way to General Manager. David received a Bachelor’s degree in hotel administration from UNLV and with stints with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt resorts and the Stratosphere Resort and Casino on the Las Vegas strip, David has a vast breadth of experience over the last 20 years. David was also one of the original members of the staff that opened this Hilton Garden Inn. Most recently, he was the administrator at an assisted living facility in Bountiful Utah, Legacy House of Bountiful.
In his time in the assisted living industry he learned that much like in the hospitality industry, people need to know and feel like they are cared for and that they will be taken care of. This is the experience you will receive as a guest at the Davis Conference Center. Every guest is personally important to us. As a guest you will experience the personal touch culture and want to come back again and again. Every encounter will be “beyond meeting expectations”.
Assistant General Manager
Enrique Yescas is the Assistant General Manager at the Davis Conference Center. In June of 2006 Enrique came aboard to this exclusive 82,000 square ft Conference Center located in Layton, Utah. Coming from the Park City Marriott Resort, Enrique was hired to bring the Davis Conference Center to the next level on all food and beverage operations. Enrique consistently comes in under budget while upgrading food quality and services on all Conference and Hotel Outlets.
In addition Enrique has worked at The Grand America Hotel, an AAA and 5 Diamond property in Salt Lake City, Utah. Enrique also worked at The Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah, which is the 5th largest resort in the United States and has been rated 4 stars and 4 diamonds. Enrique has over twenty years in the hospitality industry.

Director of Sales
Steven was born in Hawaii and currently resides in Davis County. He graduated with a Bachelor Science degree in Public Relations and minor in Technical Sales from Weber State University. Steven has over seven years experience in sales and loves working with people. Steven has been an Event Manager and a Sales Manager, before becoming the Director of Sales. As a Sales Manager, he won the Sales Manager of the Quarter eighteen times and has sold over seven million dollars during that span. In his free time, he teaches tennis, spends time with his wife and four kids, and loves to travel.
Rooms Division Manager
Dave has been a key manager at the Davis Conference Center and one of the Executive Team members since late 2004. He’s the creative guru at the Hilton Garden Inn making things in the background go with his hardworking staff. His experience in hotel, conference center, and restaurant management coupled with his communication skills help him lead the maintenance and housekeeping staff of the Center, and act as the Assistant General Manager of the Hilton Garden Inn. His passion for incredible customer service has guests coming back for more.
