Below you will find "pre-built" meeting packages filled with all the amenities you'd expect, and then some. These packages are an affordable and easy way to plan a meeting. If you see that you can utilize most of the listed amenities, then this may be a great option for you.

Day Meeting Package

Package pricing lets you budget with confidence, so you know exactly what your meeting will cost. The Davis Conference Center offers a Day Meeting Package and a Complete Meeting Package to ensure that everything you need for meeting success is included in one price per person. A minimum of 30 attendees is required for package rates.

Day Meeting Package: $179 per person

Complete Meeting Package

We offer traditional ale carte conference and catering service, but to save you time money and planning, we offer an easy solution, a Complete Meeting Package (CMP). The CMP allows you to plan for a complete conference, based on the number of attendees... so prices are simply per person. The CMP will generally provide all of your meeting and catering needs.

The Complete Meeting Package includes everything in the Day Meeting Package, plus an Executive Guest Room at the attached Hilton Garden Inn Hotel. Guest room amenities include:
